What You'll Do Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Cleans all areas of the Facility (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Responds to spills, operates floor scrubbers, and disposes of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintains appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensures proper rotation and storage, and places orders to replenish supplies when low. Pay and Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
