Johns Hopkins Community Physicians seeks a Diabetes Educator Certified (Dietitian) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate multiple components of the diabetes education program in an outpatient setting. The educator provides diabetes education to patients and families and serves as the diabetes nutritionist for education initiatives. Under supervision, you will respond to calls from parents of newly diagnosed children and adolescents, bridge inpatient to outpatient care, and support sick day #J-18808-Ljbffr Johns Hopkins Medicine
