Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will support patients in regaining independence and improving their ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on functional improvement Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on home care and adaptive strategies Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Strong communication and clinical skills Experience in rehab or long-term care preferred Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Application Question(s): How many years of experience you have for this role?
