Position Overview We are actively hiring psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Our psychiatrists are an essential part of a collaborative outpatient practice that operates with flexible schedules and hybrid in‑person/telehealth models. Qualifications Fully licensed in Wisconsin. MD or DO degree. Experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $305,000 – $406,000 annually, plus a sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions. Compensation is based on a productivity model with unlimited/uncapped earnings potential. Work schedule options: full‑time or part‑time (20 hours per week or more). 100% outpatient care with no nights, hospital calls, or weekend shifts.
