Position Summary:

The SEC Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing direct assistance and sales support to customers, Academy students, and SIG SAUER employees regarding product inquiries, order status, account inquiries, and customer conflict resolution. This role works closely with SEC management, retail staff, range staff, and Academy personnel to support daily operations and drive sales initiatives

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right firearms, optics, accessories, and training opportunities.
• Build product knowledge and confidently educate customers on SIG SAUER products and services.
• Promote and recommend merchandise, Academy courses, memberships, and other offerings.
• Provide technical product support and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all ATF regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Partner with retail, range, and Academy teams to create a best-in-class customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales, customer service, or firearms industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for firearms, shooting sports, and helping customers.
• Comfortable handling and demonstrating a variety of firearms safely.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform general retail stock and merchandising activities.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Must comply with all environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
