Description Summary: Responsible for washing all dishware, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, utensils and equipment. Follow established setup, breakdown and storage procedures in all kitchens. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements Qualifications Familiarity with general sanitation procedures Casino experience preferred The primary language spoken is English. Ability to read, write, understand and speak English. Must be at least 16 years of age. Good interpersonal and communication skills Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards Food Handler Physical Requirements Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods Use hands to hold tools utilized for position Reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Potential Work Environment Conditions The work environment is characterized as a kitchen setting where standard kitchen equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The immediate work environment is smoke free; however a smoking environment does exist in the building.
