About the Role:
As a Dietary Tray Aide at LeRoy Village Green , you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with dignity and care. As a Full-Time team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas. Your attention to detail and compassion for our residents will make a significant difference in their overall experience.
Dietary Tray Aide Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals in accordance with our dietary plans and resident preferences
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to infection control standards
Assist with meal setup, service, and cleanup
Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure smooth meal service and address resident concerns
Maintain accurate records of meal service and resident preferences
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, reporting any incidents or concerns to management
