Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Restorative Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead and implement restorative nursing programs for our residents. This role plays a critical part in helping residents achieve and maintain their highest level of function, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized restorative nursing programs.

Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Document all restorative nursing activities in compliance with regulations.

Educate and support staff on restorative care techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.

Experience in restorative nursing preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
