Requirements Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards). What You’ll Do (Job Duties) Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene). Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients. Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes. You’d Be Great If You Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect. Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver. Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs. Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings.
