As an Occupational Therapist, you'll hone your skills and specialize in areas like Sensory Integration Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Pediatric Mental Health while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Clinical Counselors, and ABA professionals.

Salary Range: $73,000 - $103,500, aligned with skills and experience

Realistic Productivity Expectations: 26 Direct Treatment Hours per Week

Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary

Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client's fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more

Provide support and guidance to the clients' family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program

Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois

You have a creative mindset for making sessions enjoyable for pediatric clients

You have a collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team

You have a passion for working with neurodiverse pediatric population

You have strong verbal and written communication skills
