Clinic Nurse Supervisor

Position Summary/Responsibilities Provides clinic management support and supervises assigned staff in a clinical setting. Performs nursing duties in a safe, therapeutic manner within an inpatient environment, including direct patient care and monitoring ESRD/A KI patients on dialysis. Supports adherence to organizational policies and standards. Mentors clinical staff and assists in supervising team members. Offers clinic management support for the Acute Dialysis Patient Care Coordinator. Education/Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least three years of clinical dialysis nursing experience, with two years in supervisory or charge roles. Experience within the organization is preferred. Licensure Must hold a current Texas Registered Nurse license and valid American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider cards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
