Responsibilities Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies Serve as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other BA/BPCs on the team Help to direct more junior members of the team Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies Qualifications Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools Certified System Administrator preferred Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred Strong presentation skills Strong project and situational awareness Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills Self‑starter Able to travel of at least 25% Compensation $145,000 - $160,000 a year Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid company holidays Paid time off Paid parental and caregiver leave Plus more!
