Description The Alinea Group is looking for a full-time AM Dishwasher to join our team! The AM Dishwasher is an important part of the team that promotes high sanitation standards by maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment for our guests. This is a full-time position paid hourly. Candidates must be willing to work five days a week (40+ hours per week), but open availability is preferred. Responsibilities Stocks, cleans, polishes, and maintains equipment and tableware for service, including dishware, utensils, and interior decor Operates dish machine, cleaning tools, and other equipment with precision and accuracy Quickly and safely polishes and restocks a wide variety of plate ware Works closely with back-of-house staff to remedy any immediate needs during service Reports any maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate resource Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors/carpets; remove garbage to compactors or recycling bins Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas Other duties as assigned by management Requirements 1 or more year experience of dishwashing or comparable position Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools and other required equipment safely Ability to follow instructions, anticipate needs, and multitask Can work individually and within a team environment Physical Requirements Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift Benefits Competitive hourly wage at $20.00 - $20.50/hour Medical, vision, dental and life benefits available on the 1st month following full-time employment 50% company contribution to single HMO during the first 2 years of full-time employment, 100% contribution available after 2 years Paid time off 401(K) with a company match of up to 4% of deferred earnings CTA/Ventra discount available after 1 month of full-time employment Employee Dining Discount, 20% to any Alinea Group restaurant Referral Bonus Program available The Alinea Group is an equal opportunity employer.
