Manufacturing Operations Manager | Boonton, NJ | Onsite EverPeak Recruitment is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a growing precision manufacturing organization in Northern New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a high-performing production team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on operational performance while working closely with executive leadership in a well-established manufacturing environment.
