CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm on a Litigation Attorney opportunity in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
** We welcome attorneys who are ready to build on their litigation experience and take on a more significant role in case strategy, client relationships, and trial preparation. **
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful litigation matters from intake through resolution while working alongside a collaborative team that values professional development, client service, and results. Attorneys enjoy meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and a work-life balance that is uncommon in today's legal profession.
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: **
- J.D. and active Missouri license (or ability to waive in).
- 3+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience with motions, briefs, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Interest in contributing to a growing litigation practice.
