Electrical Technician

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industrial electrical equipment, control systems, and production machinery, lead improvement projects, and ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute projects related to industrial electrical maintenance and installation. Modify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and communication systems. Perform root‑cause analysis and develop action plans for electrical failures. Support preventative and corrective maintenance of production equipment. Manage projects focused on fabrication and installation of electrical components. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and plant electrical standards. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams. Train and provide technical support to other electricians or maintenance personnel. Support electrical infrastructure and related systems. Requirements: Journeyman certification or relevant trade school degree (required). 35 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of National Electrical Code and electrical safety standards. Ability to fabricate parts and perform soldering (soft and silver).
