Location: Fremont, CA Shift: Day Shift [$30.00 – $34.00] Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire FLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary:Ensure production line process compliance and prevent quality escapes by auditing operator execution against SOP, control plan, and work instructions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Production Line Process Patrol Conduct routine patrol audits on production linesVerify operators follow SOP, WI, control plan, torque specs, ESD rules, labeling requirementsIdentify process deviations in real timeProcess Compliance Monitoring Perform process audits to verify:Correct tool usageCalibration statusBOM alignmentRevision controlImmediate Risk Containment Stop production if critical non-compliance foundEscalate to QE or PQE lead/QA manager neededInitiate containment actionsDocumentation & Reporting Record audit findingsTrack recurring violationsSupport trend analysisProvide weekly compliance reportTraining & Reinforcement Reinforce SOP understanding on the floorSupport retraining of operators when gaps identifiedProvide feedback to MP PQE for process improvementRequirements:3–5 years manufacturing experienceStrong knowledge of SOP / ISO / basic QC toolsUnderstanding of ESD, torque control, traceabilityGood communication skillsAuthority mindset but collaborative approach
