Line Cook Pay Range: $15.09 - $18.22 per hour. Responsibilities You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will keep guests worry‑free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Qualifications Must be 17 or older. Benefits & Compensation Flexible work schedules 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for family members Referral bonuses for bringing new members to our team Additional compensation (health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage) for 18+ years old 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay for 21+, after 1+ years of service and 1,000+ hours/year Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week Excellent opportunities to grow with us!
