Vice President Of E-CommerceBase Compensation: $210,000 - $240,000 annually Location: Scottsdale, AZ Workplace Setting: OnsitePosition Summary The Vice President of eCommerce is responsible for owning and scaling the digital commerce business for 10X Health. This role leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of the company's digital storefront, marketplace channels, and subscription commerce programs to drive sustainable revenue growth. As a key revenue leader within the organization, the VP of eCommerce is accountable for the core metrics that influence digital performance, including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription growth, and overall digital revenue contribution. This role evaluates the end-to-end digital customer experience and identifies opportunities to improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products across the company's digital ecosystem. The Vice President partners closely with marketing, product, technology, and analytics leadership to continuously improve the digital customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth.
