Synchronizer provides native, real-time, bidirectional synchronization between numerous EHR systems of record and NexHealth’s harmonized central database. This foundation enables healthcare innovators to focus on improving patient experiences and outcomes—while we handle the underlying infrastructure.This work represents step two in our three-step master plan. You’ll play a critical role in increasing engineering quality and execution velocity across the organization, making it easier and faster to build and extend Synchronizers. You’ll partner with multiple engineering teams and product managers to define the next-generation Synchronizer API offering.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving novel systems challenges. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees.
