Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. As an LPN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Available shifts: Full time, Part time, PRN (per diem) and weekend program

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN (new grads welcome!)
