We are excited for you to join our organization to promote the mission and operational effectiveness that will lead to continued growth in our ability to serve the community.Position Summary:Clean assigned areas daily to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of the population that use our facility.Duties and Responsibilities:Collect all trash and empty in outside dumpster dailySweep and mop all rooms and common areas dailyClean toilets and sinks dailySweep and mop bathrooms dailyStock paper and soap dispensers dailyWipe down woodwork as neededWipe down spills on walls as neededClean all glass as neededStock housekeeping cart dailyNotify Maintenance for any housekeeping supply needsUse floor scrubber as neededAnswer cleanup calls as they ariseVacuum offices and area rugs dailyDeep clean areas when neededOther duties as assigned but not limited to:Help Head housekeeper/Maintenance as neededReport any unusual activity to Facilities Manager/MaintenanceOccasionally help with setup/teardown for Events and RentalsQualifications:High School Diploma/GEDSkills/Abilities:Must be able to lift 50lbs, Sweep and mop floors and vacuum.Willingness to work with othersMaintain housekeeping equipmentReport any safety issuesMust follow all Policies and Procedures of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational CareThis is a general outline of the essential functions of this position and shall not be construed as an all-inclusive description of all work requirements and responsibilities that may be inherent in this position.
