Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree (Master’s or Doctoral degree acceptable).
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Idaho, or ability to obtain prior to start of assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking as required for home visits.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally to patient homes.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Preferred: previous home health experience.
