Job Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Project Engineer should have:

• A background in civil engineering or a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, open to feedback, proactive.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
• HCSS Heavy Bid experience highly preferred
