Through sales training, scripts, lead generation systems, and ongoing practice, you will learn how to communicate effectively with buyers and sellers, manage follow-up, and create opportunities through consistent daily activity.

You will also learn how to conduct property showings, prepare for buyer consultations, and host open houses that help you meet prospective clients. Training will include strategies for promoting open houses, engaging visitors, building relationships, and converting conversations into future business. Marketing resources, technology, and social media guidance will provide additional ways to expand your reach and develop your professional presence.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to residential sales, luxury properties, investment opportunities, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management. Regular coaching and accountability will help you establish clear goals, track your progress, improve your sales skills, and build the habits that support consistent production.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commissions

• Build and maintain a robust client database to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that enhance property visibility.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote listings and engage with a broader audience.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and stay updated on market trends.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients find their dream home.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and attentive service.
• Proven track record of effective communication and negotiation skills, facilitating smooth transactions.
