Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients and customers Answer general questions and provide information regarding available services Schedule, confirm, and coordinate virtual appointments Assist with customer follow-ups when necessary Maintain accurate customer records and account information Update internal systems and databases Document interactions and important customer information Ensure a professional and positive experience during all customer interactions Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations Follow company procedures and communication standards Work Schedule 100% remote position Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection Flexible scheduling options available Availability required Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Eastern Time) Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week Up to 40 hours per week available Permanent long-term position Compensation Guaranteed hourly pay of $17 USD per hour Additional performance-based incentives available Stable and transparent compensation structure Consistent payment schedule Training & Support We believe in setting our team members up for success from day one.
