Express Pros of West Seneca has partnered with a great company in the Lancaster area to fill an immediate need for a Welder / Fabricator. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a skilled fabrication team building custom steel structures. This role offers steady work in a shop environment with the chance to grow your welding and fabrication experience on complex, high-quality builds.

Duties for the Welder / Fabricator are:

• Design and build above-ground steel tanks, stairs, ladders, platforms, and catwalks
  • Use press brake and other metal-forming equipment to bend and shape steel components
  • Rig, lift, and move heavy materials safely using proper techniques and equipment
  • Perform Fluxcore, MIG welding, and general fabrication as needed

Requirements for the Welder / Fabricator include:

• Previous welding/fabrication experience (Fluxcore required; MIG experience preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and basic technical drawings
  • Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plate rollers, shears, forklifts, and overhead cranes
  • Physically able to lift and handle heavy materials safely
