Job Requirements:
- Experience with milling, drilling, or tapping machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
- Set up machines and install tooling per setup sheets
