Responsibilities

Meet with local residents to understand their unique life circumstances and identify the coverage that keeps them protected.

Guide potential clients through the options available to them, explaining complex terms in a clear and helpful way.

Manage a consistent pipeline of new business through networking and local outreach within the community.

Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their protection levels still match their current needs.

Collaborate with our small, tight-knit office staff to ensure that every policy is handled with accuracy and care.

Maintain an organized workspace and keep all client interactions logged appropriately.

Requirements

Active Property Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing role.

Demonstrated ability to listen deeply and identify the right coverage for individual needs.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with the Torrington community is helpful but not required.
