Diehl Ford of Sharon in Sharon, Pennsylvania is hiring an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our busy Ford service department. For the right technician, this is a $100,000+ annual earning opportunity, with the potential to earn more based on experience, certifications, skill level, productivity, and pay-plan structure. We're looking for experienced technicians who know how to diagnose vehicles, turn hours, perform quality repairs, and get the job done right the first time. As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician at Diehl Ford of Sharon, you will:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns
• Perform engine and powertrain diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnose and repair transmissions and drivetrain components
• Perform steering and suspension repairs
• Diagnose and repair brake systems
• Perform HVAC and climate-control diagnosis and repair
• Complete scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary maintenance and repairs
• Use modern automotive diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and Ford manufacturer diagnostic resources
• Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair work as assigned
• Accurately document vehicle diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations
• Communicate effectively with automotive service advisors
• Follow Ford and dealership repair procedures and quality standards
• Maintain an organized and professional work area
• Complete repairs correctly, safely, and efficiently

We're interested in experienced automotive professionals with:

• Previous professional automotive technician or auto mechanic experience
• Dealership service technician experience preferred
• Ford dealership or Ford vehicle repair experience is a plus
• Strong automotive diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Experience with electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete automotive repairs
• ASE certifications preferred
• Ford manufacturer certifications preferred
• Strong productivity and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a flat-rate or production-focused environment
• Commitment to quality repairs and fixing vehicles correctly the first time
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic

Ford experience is preferred but not necessarily required for an experienced technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
