What You'll Do

Conduct Patient Assessment

• Evaluate physical conditions and develop customized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Execute Rehabilitation Techniques

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual techniques, and equipment-based methods to promote strength, mobility, and function.

Track Patient Improvement

• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure steady advancement toward rehabilitation milestones.

Coordinate with Healthcare Teams

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to deliver integrated, whole-person care.

Guide Patients and Caregivers

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, mobility aids, and lifestyle adjustments to encourage long-term recovery and wellness.

Encourage Wellness and Mobility

• Advocate for preventive care and physical activity to support overall health and future injury prevention.

Qualifications

Education:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Licensure & Certification:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Colorado
• Certification in a specialty area (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neuro) is a plus

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build patient trust
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
