Clinical Manager - Ortho/Trauma - FT - Nights - $20K Sign on Bonus - MRH

Location Hollywood, Florida Summary Manages the daily operations of the assigned department, unit, or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. May provide direct care to patients. Responsibilities Assess the quality of patient care delivered. Evaluate needs of patients and families and provide patient and family centered care. Manage complaints and conflicts through to resolution. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements (as required). Ensure regulatory compliance. Assist with identification, determination, and need for systems, equipment, and supplies; monitor usage and oversee proper working order of equipment and ensure adequate supplies. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Accredited nursing program (B.S., Associate’s, or equivalent) – required. Active BLS certification (American Heart Association) – required. Additional certifications (as applicable): ACLS, PALS, Fetal Monitoring (National Credential Center or AWOHNN), etc. (see detailed list below). Certifications (Required or Preferred) BLS (American Heart Association) – BLS AHA ECARD, BLS AHA‑RQI ECARD, BLS AHA, etc. ACLS – required for ICU, ED, PACU, etc. PALS – required for pediatric areas (except NICU). Fetal Monitoring – Intermediate or Advanced (National Credential Center or AWOHNN). Registered Nurse License – State of Florida (FL) or RN License Compact.
