Transactional Tax Associate

Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm seeking a mid to senior-level Transactional Tax Associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years’ experience advising on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, financings, and joint ventures. Corporate and international tax experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, curious, self-directed, possess a strong work ethic and pay attention to detail. This group offers a friendly, collaborative and supportive environment. They also foster work life balance. The tax practice at this firm is different from other tax practices as they secure clients and drive engagement for the firm. This is a great platform if you don’t want to be constrained in your practice. There truly is no limit to what you want to do. The firm offers ample opportunities and progression for an associate’s career. There is also flexibility on title. The firm is hybrid -3 days in office. Excellent academic credentials are required.
