Description Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule 7 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Position An energetic, outgoing individual who loves meeting new people and working independently outdoors is invited by Renewal by Andersen to join their team as a Canvassing Representative / Direct Marketing Associate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Responsibilities Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions. Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data. Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge. Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement. Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices. Perks Incentive plan based on performance.
