Clinical Nurse

Location: Tuba City, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Flexible to days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Job Description: The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments. This role requires the ability to work independently in completing assignments while adhering to physician orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures, and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals of all ages and their families through various nursing care procedures.
• Maintain current valid certifications and complete required training within specified time frames.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current valid RN license from any state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within one year of hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification required within one year of hire.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required within one year of hire.
• Completion of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire.
• Emergency Severity Index Level 5 training within three months of hire.
• Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire.
