This role will manage operational, tactical, and strategic HR responsibilities , acting as a true business partner to leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in companies undergoing growth and scaling , strong business acumen , and the ability to navigate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization . Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and change management during scaling phases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in HR leadership within industrial construction , manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors . Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic partner. Hands‑on approach with experience managing operational, tactical, and strategic HR functions . Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
