Hybrid Work Location: The Mortgage Loan Officer may be based near Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role requires regular onsite collaboration three (3) days per week from the selected office location.

Position Overview

\n

As a Mortgage Loan Officer , you'll guide borrowers through the financing process from initial conversation through closing. You'll build trusted relationships, understand each borrower's goals, identify the right financing solution, and deliver a high-touch experience throughout the transaction.

\n

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a Loan Officer who enjoys sales and relationship building but wants the support of a company that provides warm lead opportunities, diverse lending solutions, technology, and ongoing training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

\n

Sales & Business Development

\n

\n
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each borrower's financial goals and needs.
\n
• Educate borrowers on available programs, qualifications, costs, and next steps.
\n
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and high-touch customer experience.
\n

\n

Mortgage & Product Expertise

\n

\n
• Develop expertise in Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, reduced-documentation, investor, and HELOC products.
\n
• Analyze borrower information to identify the most appropriate financing solution.
\n
• Stay current on product guidelines, pricing, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
\n

Pipeline & Operations

\n

\n
• Manage the loan process from application through closing.
\n
• Take ownership of file quality and proactively address issues.
\n
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, closing, and other internal partners.
\n

\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience, preferably in a direct lending or consumer-direct environment.
\n
• NMLS SAFE Act registered or state licensed.
\n
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple opportunities.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Comfortable learning and using technology, including CRM, POS, and LOS platforms.

Compensation

• Full-time guaranteed hourly base
\n
• Commission up to $300,000 annually
\n
• Additional annual commission for top performers
\n
