METIS | Location: Remote: West Virginia   or Hybrid: Virginia | Full-Time

Applicants from West Virginia and Virginia are encouraged to apply. Employees residing in West Virginia may work remotely. Employees residing in Virginia must work on-site a minimum of three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.

Are you an experienced claims adjuster? Do you like solving problems, analyzing details, and helping people? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Property & Casualty Claims Specialist!  In this role, you will be serving our members throughout West Virginia.

You'll Do Things Like: 

• Manage and resolve property and casualty and/or general liability claims.
• Assess and evaluate claims, conduct investigations, and ensure documentation is collected.
• Build relationships with members and help claimants navigate the claims process.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling, OR
• 10 years’ minimum property and casualty claims handling experience

Expected hiring salary range is: $55,000-$70,000. Actual offer will be based on a variety of factors including qualifications, credentials, education, experience, and location.
