• Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Weekend Requirement: Every 2nd to 3rd weekend
• Float Requirement: Required to float to 2 other Med Surg units
• Patient Ratio: 1:5–7
• Charting System: Meditech preferred

Pay Package:
• Travel Weekly Gross: $2,146/week
• Weekly Taxable: $900
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,246

Local Pay Rate: $53.50/hr

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• BLS required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Valid state license required at submission
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, IV starts, PICC lines, blood administration, heparin, wound vacs, chest tubes, feeding tubes, renal failure, pre/post hemodialysis, and Med Surg patient care required
• Experience with COPD, pneumonia, diabetes, CVA, cellulitis, renal disease, and post-surgical patients preferred

Unit Details:
• Adult & Geriatric patient population
• 48-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit
• Telemetry monitoring available for stable dysrhythmia patients
• Covid and post-surgical patients commonly seen
• Pyxis medication system
• SBAR communication system
• Safe patient handling equipment and bladder scanner available
