Conduct comprehensive reviews of client portfolios to ensure they are adequately protected against risk. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with local business owners and families in the Brockton area. Collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate coverage terms that best serve the client. Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them refine their sales techniques. Identify gaps in coverage and proactively present solutions that add value to our policyholders. Requirements Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License. At least five years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management. In-depth understanding of policy coverage and risk assessment. Demonstrable history of meeting sales goals and growing a book of business. Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital documentation. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
