Primary Care Physician

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a concierge-style practice that emphasizes preventive and longevity medicine. This full-time role offers a highly personalized care model, allowing physicians to manage smaller patient panels and conduct extended visit times, thus focusing on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care. The organization provides robust operational support, enabling physicians to dedicate more time to patient care. The Primary Care Physician will manage a dedicated patient panel with an emphasis on personalized, preventive care. Responsibilities include conducting extended, in-depth consultations and developing individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness. The physician will utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions while collaborating with clinical leadership to establish care protocols and best practices. Maintaining responsive communication and high-touch patient engagement is also a crucial aspect of this role. Candidates should possess an MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine and be board-certified or board-eligible, with a preference for those with at least five years of post-residency clinical experience. The position requires an active or eligible state medical license and a strong interest in preventive and longevity medicine.
