Data Analyst Senior

About the role CLA is looking to hire a Data Analyst Senior . The role uses Microsoft Power Platform and scripting languages such as R or Python. The senior analyst cleans data for analysis and visual display, supports data access for projects, and uses tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, DAX, M, R, and Alteryx. Compared to an associate, the senior has greater autonomy, may lead others, manage administrative tasks, and be involved in new business development. Responsibilities Develop service‑specific knowledge through exposure to peers, internal experts, clients, self‑study, and formal training. Participate in data collection and analysis using a variety of tools. Support building and implementing solutions for clients and internal projects. Evaluate new data sources and data‑gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms under guidance, apply predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members. Collaborate virtually with leadership and colleagues from other offices. Serve as primary contact with clients or business leaders on internal projects; take on administrative tasks, support roles, and new business development. What you will need Experience Four (4) years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field. Five years is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Degrees in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science are preferred.
