Job Description

The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving sales performance and team development. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of retail management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store activities to meet sales targets and operational standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports and communicate updates to senior management
