• 1900 - 0730 (19:00) 1 x 12Hrs

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER Emergency Room team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is deal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide clinical care at the unit level within the Emergency Department
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff within the Emergency Department
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care delivery
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and care quality standards
• Perform emergency department nursing duties in alignment with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant ER Emergency Room experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
