Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and support agency growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
• Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Required license: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.

Compensation: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per year
