We are currently seeking a Titration Sales Representative to lead and grow our customer base in a territory including Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia, ideally based in the Richmond, VA area . You’ll be part of a collaborative and passionate team, backed by global expertise and a deep commitment to innovation and customer service. As a Titration Sales Representative , you will: Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions. Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets. Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage. Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.

• 3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
• Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment .
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.

This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout a territory including Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia, ideally based in the Richmond, VA area. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required. Must pass a background check, education/employment verification, drug screening (including marijuana), and have an insurable driving record.
