Job Description:
- He/she primarily to work in alignment with the business for roll out and minor enhancements related to Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy labs in the US.
- He/she will leverage specialized functional or technical expertise for solving complex functional or technical problems as individual or as a team member.
- Experience with agile product development
- Responsible for adherence to committed SLAs and KPI's while ensuring quality of deliverables and compliance.
- Coordinate with various team members to help the team identify continuous service improvement and automation initiatives as directed by the leads.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting the reports to customers.
