$17.00/Hour

Southside Foundry is hiring Casting Production Associates to join our production team. We manufacture precision components used in CT scan equipment, medical devices, aircraft, helicopters, and military shielding systems. Pay & Schedule

• $17.00 per hour

• Monday – Thursday

• 1st or 2nd Shift

• Three-day weekends every week

What You'll Do

• Assist in the casting and production of metal components

• Work with lead, copper, tin, and aluminum materials

• Operate production equipment and tools, including occasional torch work

• Load and unload cast parts from ovens and workstations

• Inspect and handle finished products

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing, foundry, warehouse, construction, automotive, or production experience is helpful but not required

Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe boots required

• Protective boot covers must be worn while working with lead materials

• All required safety equipment is provided
