Your Role

Leverage our proprietary platform and your network to discover prospective healthcare talent

Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening

Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture interest and support their hiring journey

Keep accurate and current records utilizing our applicant tracking system

Enjoy commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your efforts

Compensation Structure
