Schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends

Assignment Details: Holiday Coverage Required

Requirements:

• Must have a California CNA License
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Certifications: General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and give report on residents' condition and assure understanding of care to be given
• Make rounds on each resident, assess all new residents and any resident who is ill, has fallen, or sustained an injury
• Document assessments per facility policy
• Notify nurses of any changes in the residents' conditions or current needs
• Assist with direct patient care; assure that call lights are answered promptly
• Promote good working relationships with other departments, co-workers, residents, families, and physicians
• Other duties as assigned
